In order to obtain a New York State Pistol Permit you must successfully complete a basic pistol safety course from a Certified NRA Instructor. Holding a valid Utah Pistol Permit will allow you to carry your handgun in over 30 states. Full details on the reciprocity of states will be provided in class as well as application assistance, passport photo’s, fingerprints, notary services will all be completed on site at the Gold Shield Training Center, our onsite training school.
